In May 1994, Alpha Sigma Kappa - Women in Technical Studies developed the quality goal. With the help of Dr. Thomas Tapper, the actives created a "Commitment to Quality" document.

It outlines the value statements, objectives, indicators of success, characteristics of quality, and strengths and weaknesses of Alpha Sigma Kappa - Women in Technical Studies.
