Executive Board and Chairs
The Executive Board is the governing body of the Active Chapter. The Board consists of elected officer positions based on both the National Constitution and Chapter bylaws. The basic members of the Executive Board are:

Each Executive Board member has standard responsibilities to the Active Chapter. Some of these responsibilities for each of the Board Members are listed below.
President:
- Resides over weekly open and closed meetings
- Acts as a resource for committee chairs and other Sisters
- Mediates chapter problems or disagreements between Sisters
- Oversees Executive Board meetings
Vice President:
- Assists the President when necessary
- Oversees Chapter Recruitment and Candidate Education
- Organizes, schedules, and keeps record of all chapter rituals
- Oversees all Social, Philanthropic, and Special Interests of the Chapter
Treasurer:
- Keeps Chapter's financial records
- Oversees Fundraising Committee
- Collects monies
- Provides budgeted reimbursements
Secretary:
- Records and distributes weekly meeting minutes
- Acts as a liaison with the Alumnae Chapter
- Keeps the historical, member, attendance, photographic, and scholastic records of the Active Chapter
- Maintains the Chapter calendar of events
