What is Recruitment?
Recruitment is a three week process for interested women in our accepted majors who:
- Want to meet other young ladies majoring in STEM fields
- Are interested in becoming more active in the UMBC community
- Have a desire to make new friends
- Would like to learn more about AΣK

Potential new members(PNMs) must attend at least three events to be considered for a bid. You are, however, encouraged to attend more events! As a PNM of AΣK, all events are free for you.
